McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention doesn't like WindowBlinds

WindowBlinds
I never had WindowBlinds at work. The work laptop did not have enough graphics power or memory to support all those features from WindowBlinds. This week I got a new laptop at work that can run Vista safe and smooth. But it is running Windows XP 32 bit. I thought it is a good time to try WindowBlinds at work as well. Before buying a new license, I wanted to test if everything works well. So I downloaded and installed WindowBlinds 30 day trial. Applied a theme and everything is fine.
Then After installing some software I needed to restart the computer. After restarting I entered my credential and waited. I see only a blank screen for a while. After about 5 minutes decided to check out what is going on. Brought up task manager (ctrl+alt+del) and after killing a running RunDLL.exe, the desktop appeared with the theme applied and everything looked good.
I then went to windowsupdate site and IE freezes. Killed IE and tried again. Tried options like deleting CatRoot2 folder and nothing worked.
Then I saw that the McAfee icon was blinking. The host intrusion prevention system had few messages of "suspicious function call in" rundll32.exe and wuauclt.exe.
Suspicous function call in rundll32.exe? Could that be windowblinds? I uninstalled WindowBlinds and everything goes back to normal. No more intrusion detection and Windows Update site started working again.
Too bad I have to live with Luna on the new laptop.

I don't think it is a WindowBlinds problem, so I moved this out of stardock support channels. Has anyone seen this before?
